Keto Stuffed Bell Peppers

INGREDIENTS

ground turkey

1 lb

Italian sausage (hot or mild, depending on your preference)

bell peppers (I used red, orange and yellow, but any color will work)

1 cup

diced bell peppers (from what you cut off the top and bottom of the peppers)

1/2

yellow union, diced

3 tbsp

Armour Premium All-Natural Lard

1 1/2 cups

tomato sauce (find the lowest sugar content sauce, or make your own)

Sea Salt

Pepper

2 cups

shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup

shredded Parmesan cheese

Aluminum foil for baking


NOTES

  • So good!! Added TJ’s riced cauliflower/broccoli/carrot mix. Roasted with avocado oil and mixed in meat mixture to make more keto.
