diced bell peppers (from what you cut off the top and bottom of the peppers)

Armour Premium All-Natural Lard
1 1/2 cups
tomato sauce (find the lowest sugar content sauce, or make your own)
Sea Salt
Pepper
2 cups
shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup
shredded Parmesan cheese
Aluminum foil for baking
NOTES
So good!! Added TJ’s riced cauliflower/broccoli/carrot mix. Roasted with avocado oil and mixed in meat mixture to make more keto.
