coconut oil , butter or extra virgin olive oil ( I prefer coconut oil or butter)

1/3 cup

brown sugar (or up to half a cup if you prefer it sweeter)

1 tsp

kosher salt

1 tsp

cinnamon

*1/2 cup raisins, optional
