• 1 package (375g or about 1 lb tri-colored Fusilli pasta, cooked according to package directions, rinsed, drained and set aside)
• 2 tomatoes (seeded and chopped)
• 1 ½ cups corn
• 1 red pepper (chopped)
• 2 green onions (chopped)
• 1 (19oz can black beans, drained and rinsed)
• 2 cups finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• Optional: 1 can sliced black olives (1 seeded and chopped jalapeno pepper)
• 1 ¼ cup sour cream
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• ½ cup extra chunky salsa (use whatever heat you prefer)

• ½ tsp ground cumin
• 2 cloves of garlic (finely minced)
