Sweet and Sour Chicken Tenders

egg, beaten

1/2 cup

cornstarch

1 tsp

garlic salt

chicken tenders

1 tbsp

vegetable oil

1/2 cup

cider vinegar

1/2 cup

white sugar

1/4 cup

chicken broth

1/4 cup

ketchup

1 tbsp

soy sauce

1 tsp

salt


NOTES

  • Used flour instead of cornstarch. Cut vinegar in half Cut tenders into cubes and just brown them. When tenders are brown add sauce to pan, then let sauce thicken up and serve over rice
