No mustard, used chicken stock, Monterey jack + craft singles+ parmesean, turn on instapot for 1 minute after adding cheese and milk

Used what cheese I had - monetary jack, kraft singles , and parmesan. Wow this was good! The evaporated milk adds a healthier creaminess then heavy cream
