Baking soda

Brown sugar, packed

Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup
Sugar
1 1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract
1/2 tsp
Xanthan gum omit if gluten-free flour blend has xanthan or guar gum already
3/4 cup
Butter, unsalted
2 oz
Cream cheese
NOTES
Try adding an extra Tbsp of flour. Also, Make more of a log than a ball. This helped them not flatten. I used grandpa’s kitchen flour by weight. I baked at 350 not 375 on parchment paper.
