rolled oats (use gluten free if gluten intolerant)

salt

1 1/4 cups

dairy free milk of choice, divided

1/2 tsp

vanilla essence

large egg*

scoop neutral flavoured protein powder (optional)

1 tbsp

coconut flour, sifted

1 tbsp

caramel sauce (my 'go to' recipe below)

Optional- 2-3 T caramel chips

1/2 cup

coconut sugar (or dark brown sugar)

2 tbsp

water

1 tbsp

coconut oil (or butter)

sea salt
