INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup
Butter, at room temperature
1 cup
Sugar

Vanilla

Flour
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Baking Soda
1/2 cup
Cocoa
1 bag
Large Marshmallows
2 cups
Powdered Sugar
1/2 tsp
Salt
5 Tbsps
Milk
3 Tbsps
Cocoa
3 Tbsps
Melted Butter
NOTES
I like to only use the top and bottom thirds of the marshmallows. I put the sticky sides down into the cookies so that the smooth sides are facing up and are easier to pat down.

These cookies are an absolute hit whether you are a marshmallow fan or not. I get asked to make these cookies all the time.
My Sunday school class asked me to give their moms the recipe so they could make them... I guess you could say they were a hit!
Love these cookies and I’m not really a marshmallow fan. Super chocolaty and delicious!
