nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt

1/3 cup

chai protein powder (vanilla works too)

2 tbsp

flax seed meal

1 tsp

cinnamon

1/2 tsp

ground ginger

1/4 tsp

ground cloves

ice to thicken

slices optional toppings: banana (raspberries, chia seeds, unsweetened flaked coconut)
