vanilla candy coating (you can use almond bark or candy melts...lately I've been using CandiQuik, which is sold with the baking items at Walmart, and I love it)

block of cream cheese, slightly softened
4 tbsp
butter, softened
1 tsp
vanilla
3 cups
powdered sugar
