Evaporated milk

Macaroni or other short pasta
3/4 cup
All purpose flour
1 clove
Garlic or 1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 tbsp
Salt

Salt and pepper
1/2 cup
Butter
1 pint
Half and half
2 1/2 cups
Milk
Added more noodles and used can of diced chilies instead of Anaheim Chili. Also baked for 30 min at 375.
So good! Just the right amount of everything.
