sea salt and freshly ground pepper

pistachios

Ricotta Salata cheese, crumbled (optional)
Simple Honey Vinaigrette (recipe follows)
Simple Honey Vinaigrette
Whisk together 1 Tbsp. each of apple cider vinegar and honey.
Season with salt and pepper
Whisk in 2 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil
