mashed very ripe banana (about 2-3 bananas)

2/3 cup

firmly packed brown sugar

1 8 ounce can

crushed pineapple in 100% juice, NOT drained

1/2 cup

shredded, sweetened coconut

egg, lightly beaten

2 tbsp

coconut oil, melted 

2 tsp

almond extract

1 tsp

vanilla extract

For the Topping:

3 tbsp

shredded, sweetened coconut

3 tbsp

sliced almonds
