compliant breakfast sausage (I use Pederson Farms)

large russet potato shredded (I used a food processor to do this or you can just cut yours into cubes)
1 cup
chopped broccoli florets

medium green pepper diced

1/2 cup
white onion diced
2 tbsp
almond milk
1 tbsp
avocado oil
salt and pepper
I used a package of Cascadian shredded potatoes and cooked it for an extra 10 minutes
