Shrimp (as much as you wish)

green onions (scallions / spring onions)

save the green parts of the scallions for later.

1 tsp

minced garlic.

Season to taste with Tonys (Old Bay seasoning)

few shakes of garlic powder

good amount of parsley

cayenne pepper

shake of blackened seasoning

1 can

evaporated milk

1/3 cup

/ 80 ml of half and half cream.

3/4 cup

/ 75g of Romano cheese

drained can of roasted diced tomatoes

splash of white wine
