Simple Sweet & Spicy Vegetable Stir Fry

maple syrup

Dijon mustard

1 1/2 tbsp

chili garlic sauce

1 tsp

soy sauce

1/2 tsp

grated ginger

1/4 tsp

ground black pepper

1/4 tsp

red pepper flakes

1 1/2 tbsp

vegetable oil

1/2 tbsp

sesame oil (if you don’t have sesame oil, use two tablespoons of the vegetable oil)

yellow onion, cut into thin strips

large green bell pepper

yellow zucchini, cut into rounds, then cut in half

small bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into 3-inch pieces
