milk (any kind)

1/2 tsp

vanilla extract

cups all-purpose flour

1/8 tsp

fine salt

3/4 cup

miniature chocolate chips

For the chocolate coating::

16 oz

semisweet chocolate, chopped

1 tsp

coconut oil or shortening

Decorative sprinkles, if desired
