Didn’t taste very banana-y... maybe will try again with more banana mashed in
I loved this. I used Krusteaz protein pancake mix as the dry mixture, instead of making my own. The chef/cook also gives great instructions for cooking pancakes in general. The pancakes turned out fluffy and not to strong of a banana taste. They made 14 medium small pancakes.
