half of medium pumpkin, peeled and roughly cubed

large sweet potato, peeled and cubed

medium carrots, peeled and sliced

large onion, chopped
1/3 tsp
sweet paprika
1/3 tsp
garlic powder

chorizo, cubed
1 tbsp
butter
enough water or vegetable stock to top up your soup maker to max capacity (mine is 1.6l), otherwise you may overfill it and end up cooking soup in a few batches 🙂
stock cube (skip if you're adding stock)
salt & pepper
fresh thyme, pumpkin seeds and single cream for decoration
