BBQ Sauce (i used Ray's)

Sugar

Corn Starch
2 tbsp
Whole Grain Mustard Whole Grain Mustard

Pinto Beans, Drained and rinsed
3/4 cup
Sweet Onion, Diced
1 can
Ro-Tel Brand diced Tomatoes and Green Chilis Liquid and all, do not drain)
2 cloves
Garlic, minced

Breast, Diced From a store bought, fully cooked Rotisserie Chicken, removed from the bones, skin removed
Salt
1 cup
Shredded Monterrey Jack Cheese
Serve with Fresh made sandwich rolls (or store bought of course)
