Low-carb cauliflower hummus

large head cauliflower ((~ 1 kg / ~ 2 lbs))

2 tbsp

oil

Salt

Black pepper

small clove garlic, (peeled)

1 tbsp

tahini

Squeeze of lemon juice

To serve: 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds, (1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (both optional, but highly recommended!))
