firm tofu (drained and cut into 1/2” chunks (~ 2 1/2 cups when diced))

cornflour

2 tbsp

oil (divided)

small head broccoli (cut into small florets)

red bell pepper (diced)

250 milliliters

(~ 1 cup) orange juice (I used freshly squeezed)

1/2

red chilli (finely chopped (adjust to preference))

1/2 tbsp

soy sauce

To serve (optional: sliced spring onions, sesame seeds, fresh orange chunks)
