coconut oil (melted and cooled (can also use melted butter))

non-fat plain Greek yogurt (can also use sour cream)

1 tsp

vanilla extract

3/4 tsp

distilled white vinegar

1 tsp

red food coloring depending on how red you want the donuts (I used 1/2 teaspoon of AmeriColor Super Red)

Cream Cheese Frosting

1/3 cup

cream cheese (softened)

3 tbsp

unsalted butter (softened)

1 cup

powdered sugar (or more depending on desired consistency)

1 tsp

vanilla extract

2 tbsp

heavy cream (or more depending on desired consistency)
