fresh tomatoes, sliced or diced (or you could use a can of diced tomatoes, drained--but save the liquid for later use in the soup)

spoonful fresh garlic

basil (fresh is best, but you could use dry as well)

oregano

thyme (just a little)

condensed tomato soup

1 can

milk (meaning fill your soup can with milk. If you want to use powdered milk use 1/4 C. dry non-instant milk with enough water to fill your soup can)

chunks of cheddar cheese
