raw chopped walnuts

1/2 tsp

cinnamon

of Silk Blueberry yogurt (or another dairy-free yogurt of choice)

1/2 cup

unsweetened soy or cashew milk

1/2 cup

frozen blueberries

Optional: coconut, buckwheat groats, cashews, etc. for topping
