uncooked old-fashioned rolled oats

unsweetened vanilla almond milk + 2 splashes

1/2 cup

plain 2% Greek yogurt  (substitute soy, almond or coconut milk yogurt if needed)

2 tbsp

dried cranberries (fruit juice sweetened)

cored Pink Lady apple, chopped into small pieces

1/2

of a ripe banana, chopped into small pieces

1/2 tsp

vanilla

sprinkle of cinnamon

1 tbsp

roasted almonds, chopped

chia seeds, for sprinkling on top

maple syrup, for drizzling
