Baked Creamy Chicken Taquitos

Chicken, cooked

3 tbsp

Cilantro

1/4 tsp

garlic powder

2 tbsp

Green onions

1/2 tsp

Onion powder

1 tbsp

Lime juice, fresh

1/4 cup

Salsa, green

1 tsp

Chili powder

Cooking spray

1/2 tsp

Cumin, ground

Flour or corn tortillas, small

3 oz

Cream cheese

1 cup

grated jack cheese

kosher salt


NOTES

  • 10/10- Doubled the recipe and it made about 20 on the smaller size tortillas! Make sure to warm the tortillas up well before adding chicken mixture to make them easy to fold. DO NOT use corn tortillas. Dip in sour cream or cilantro lime dressing. Sprinkle the outside with seasoning salt before baking. Three large chicken breasts gave me about 4 1/2 cups of chicken.

  • I doubled recipe. Used instant pot to cook chicken breasts. Bought 20 small flour tortillas and had a little bit of filling left over.
