I made some minor adjustments and it was pretty good but for next time, I would add more cheese and put cilantro lime rice inside. This was a pretty time consuming recipe and dirtied a lot of dishes.
Enchiladas I actually like😏
Loved it! I think this will be my new go to chicken enchilada recipe. Only used about 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper.
