NOTES
I set aside half before cooking for freezer meal for slow cooker. The other half I did in the instant pot. Sauté veggies with garlic first, set aside, then browned meat. Added other seasonings to meat and cooked manual for 10 minutes. Will try adding only 1/4 cup beef broth or none at all next time so flavors are stronger.
