This was exactly what I was looking for! I used Johnsonville sweet Italian sausage and then also added about 2 cups of water and it was perfect!!!
Good flavor will make again. Was thankful for the person who left the comment about the tortellini being left off the shopping list or I would've been missing a key ingredient.
Hearty and flavorful. My husband didn’t love the tortellini addition but did love the soup. My kids loved the tortellini and thought it made the veggies in the soup more palatable. I thought it was great.

Great recipe! Followed everything as is. I just used normal apple juice in place of apple cider. I will make again!
