Lemon Curd: 1/4 cup butter

3/4 cup

sugar

1/2 cup

lemon juice

3 tbsp

lemon zest

salt

eggs

Lemon Cream Cheese Frosting: 8 oz. cream cheese- at room temp

1 cup

butter- at room temp

2 cups

powdered sugar

2 tbsp

lemon juice, or more to reach desired frosting consistency

1 tbsp

lemon zest, plus more for garnish on cake
