Wow...these are AMAZING!
This was sooo good. I doubled the recipe and for me it made 35. Because of that amount baking was harder. I had to wait about an hour to bake the last 11. I think you could pull them out of the oven after you let them sit for 10 min in a turned off oven. I believe you let them sit to prevent cracking and no one is going to see the cracks. On my last 11 I put a whole Oreo in the bottom to make it easier and faster. The original recipe tastes slightly better and looks prettier but sometimes convenience trumps. Last note it did not make enough whip cream topping to pipe it on 35 cheesecakes.
