raw apple cider vinegar

milk (preferably raw) or coconut milk

1/4 cup

butter, ghee, or coconut oil

vanilla extract or almond extract

1/2 tsp

real salt

chia seeds (optional)

raw honey

organic cherries (I used jarred cherries but you can use fresh or frozen cherries that have been thawed or rehydrated dried cherries)
