Frozen and Thawed Broccoli (chopped)

Shredded Mozzarella
1/2 cup
Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
4 oz
Cream Cheese (room temperature)
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Ground Black Pepper
1/4 tsp
Smoked Paprika
NOTES
I leave out the paprika just because I don’t have it on hand, potatoes are still fantastic. It helps to put potato cheese mixture in the microwave prior to re-stuffing the potatoes.
