It was a yummy, versatile chicken that was so easy to make. Great week night dinner.
So good! This chicken would be great in so many dishes and was easy to fix. I used a slow cooker and cooked it (with frozen tenderloins) for 5 hours on high.
My new favorite slow cooker chicken recipe! We used Costco frozen tenderloins, and they worked great--very flavorful and moist. Once you've had a quesadilla with this on it, there will be no going back!
