NOTES
We just did as tacos. Cooked until zucchini was nice and tender. So yummy! All the kids loved! They didn’t even notice it was cabbage, they thought it was lettuce and that I tried to trick them. Ha! One son thought it might be good with fresh tomatoes added. Another wanted sour cream to tone down the heat, but no one complained about the spiciness.
