Pork schnitzel is my all time favorite meat dish and is the official birthday dinner of the Horsley family. It can result in quite a mess, but it's worth it! We usually serve it with mashed potatoes. There is something magic about the combo of crispy schnitzel, creamy mashed potatoes, and 🍋 all eaten together in a single bite. Yum!
This is our most requested meal for special family celebrations. We serve Chandler’s Mashed Potatoes with it. Make sure to use lemon on the meat!
Would definitely make this again. All four of my kids actually tried it which is a win (however no lemon on theirs)
