Pork Loin, Pork Shoulder, Pork Butt ((Butt & Shoulder are great for Shredded version))

Finely Chopped Garlic

1/4 cup

Coconut Animos (If you can eat soy you could substitute GF Soy Sauce instead)

2 tbsp

Fish Sauce (Found in the Asian Section of most grocery stores - check the labels!)

1/4 cup

Maple Syrup (Organic Grade B or higher preferred)

1 1/2 tsp

Fresh or Ground Ginger ((optional))

1 tbsp

Raw Honey
