lemon juice

3 tbsp

maple sugar (or coconut sugar)

2 tsp

cinnamon

1/4 tsp

nutmeg

tapioca flour (or arrowroot )

1/8 tsp

fine grain sea salt

3/4 cup

blanched almond flour

1/4 cup

grass fed butter (or ghee, or organic refined coconut oil solid)

1/4 cup

+ 2 Tbsp maple sugar
 (coconut sugar will work too but the color is much darker)

1 tsp

cinnamon

applesauce (unsweetened)

2 tbsp

organic coconut oil (melted and cooled to almost room temp)

1 tsp

pure vanilla extract

1/2 cup

maple sugar
 (coconut sugar will work too the the color will be much darker)

tapioca flour (or arrowroot)

baking soda

apple pie spice
