large egg (sub 1 tablespoon gelatin for egg free)

coconut oil, for cooking

dairy-free butter (I use this one), bacon fat or coconut oil

coconut flour (I use this one)

1 tbsp

pastured gelatin (I use this one)

bone broth

1 tbsp

dijon mustard
