limes, zested and juiced

buttermilk

For the frosting:

2 cups

sugar

large egg whites

fleur de sel (coarse salt)

1 1/2 cups

unsalted butter, at room temperature

2 1/2 tbsp

freshly squeezed lime juice

2 tbsp

tequila
