cup white wine to deglaze the pan
1/2 tsp
red pepper flakes

russett potatoes, peeled and cut into ½-inch chunks
2 cups
fresh kale, chopped
3 cups
chicken broth
2 1/2 cups
water
1 cup
heavy cream
Salt and pepper
NOTES
Add teaspoon of oregano, and substitute 1/3 of the the chicken broth with beef broth (6 cups total, no water), no white wine needed
