For the salsa:

inch knob of ginger, peeled and minced fine

brown sugar

garlic, minced
1/2 tsp
vinegar (apple cider or rice vinegar)
1/2 tsp
sesame oil
1 tbsp
cornstarch
1 tbsp
cold water
For the burgers:
1 lb
ground sirloin
2 tbsp
finely chopped yellow onion
1 tsp
minced garlic
1 tsp
salt
1/2
tsp. freshly ground pepper

or 2 dashes of Worcestershire sauce
