For the Grilled Romain with Parmesan-Anchovy Dressing:

head of romaine lettuce or hearts
1 cup
shaved Parmesan
1/2 cup
good olive oil

or 3 anchovy filets, chopped into a paste
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper
