white wine (optional)

Marinara sauce

1 15 oz

ricotta cheese

Mozzarella cheese, diced

1/2 c

parmigiano-reggiano (reserve 1 tbsp)

salt and pepper to taste

NOTES

Substituting broth for white wine make little to no difference.
