Quick weeknight meal that the entire family liked.
This was a hit with the whole family! I really liked the chicken and guacamole in particular, and the kids always enjoy having the opportunity to assemble the dinner exactly to their liking. Oh yeah, and it took less than 30 min to put it all together! 😁 🙌
Amazing! One thing I changed was I mixed the pico in with the chicken and then saved some to go on top.
Good even without chicken.
