For the Snickerdoodles:

Zest of one large lemon (the kind that look like they are on steroids)

all-purpose flour

cream of tartar

freshly ground nutmeg (it taste so much better that way)
For the Ice Cream:
White Chocolate Cardamom Ice Cream
8 oz
white chocolate, finely chopped
1 cup
half and half
2 cups
heavy cream
1 cup
granulated sugar
salt

egg yolks

vanilla bean scraped (I used Rodelle)
1 tbsp
cardamom pods, crushed(you can omit if you are not a fan of the flavor)
