pkg (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed

liquid egg whites

Roma tomatoes, cut in 20 slices

Any seasoning you like, to taste... I used: ¼ tsp salt, ¼ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp minced onion, 1 tsp chili powder
