INGREDIENTS

each) packages cream cheese, softened

4 cups

shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 1/2 tsp

garlic powder

1 tsp

dried oregano

2 tsp

dried parsley

1/4 tsp

pepper (I use coarsely ground pepper)

1 tbsp

Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp

hot pepper sauce (optional)

1 cup

pecans, finely chopped for rolling


NOTES

  • I half the recipe to make 2 cheese balls. Instead of Tabasco use hot shot to taste. Add a couple sprinkles from a dry ranch packet and 3 sliced green onions.
