• 1 lb organic chicken (I used 4 chicken tenders)
• 1/2 cup almond flour
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
• sea salt, pepper, paprika and lemon pepper
• 2 cups spinach, chopped
• 1/2 red onion, sliced
• 1 cup strawberries, sliced
• 1 whole avocado, diced
• 2 slices of bacon, cooked crisp and chopped
• sunflower seeds
• balsamic vinegar
